The intern will be located in the premises of the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies. The intern provides programmatic, research and administrative support in the implementation of the project “Reform of the Security Sector in Serbia”. Specifically:

Assists in developing the structure and contents of the Project outputs, and solicits the opinions and comments of the various stakeholders;

Compiles, reviews and summarizes reports and information submitted by stakeholders;
-
Prepares written reports on Project activities and outputs;
-
Ensures the website update as a part of the reporting system is continually updated;
-
Maintains communication with government officials, donors, international and non-government organizations, by drafting written correspondence, arranging, organizing and participating at meetings, conferences and training courses involving domestic and international counterparts;

Research work in the area of Security and Foreign Affairs;
-
Desktop and field research on public policies;
-
Writing and editing of publications;
-
Keeps minutes from meetings and drafts event reports, updates and maintains registers and files relating to the Project, including the electronic documents management system;

Provides interpretation and translation services;
-
Performs other duties as required, by hierarchy (Director and Head of the Office).
Qualifications:
-
Citizenship of Serbia or permanent residence in Serbia;

University student or recent graduate;
-
Interested in project management and Security and Foreign Affairs;
-
Experience in administration, project management and research;
-
Demonstrated research, analytical, problem-solving and/or organizational skills;
-
Ability to conduct research and collect information from a variety of sources;
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the local language;
-
Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft packages;
-
Ability to work in small environment with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds.
