The Youth Department of the Council of Europe invites media and communication professionals and communities to submit proposals for the identity and strategy of a European on-line youth campaign against hate speech to be implemented across the 47 member states of the Council of Europe in 2013.
Interested bidders may submit proposals until Friday 7 September 2012
