- 6-months interactive practice within which you’ll gain knowledge and experience in all insurance business processes, with focus on property insurance;
- professional challenges in atmosphere where you’ll be expected to give your opinion on the business and ideas for its handling;

We are looking for or candidates who are:
- recent graduates from the Faculty of Civil Engineering (max 1 year) or final year students;
- fluent in English and Serbian (knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage);
- computer skilled;
- determined to complete the program and to gain competences to lead the business;
- ambitious and proactive with orientation on results and best practice;
- flexible and open-minded;
- ready for commitment and to gain new knowledge.
