About your role and activities:
Due to Manpower`s business as an HR company that provides its client with the best workforce solutions you will be dealing with people, either they are candidates or clients. Hence you should have an emotional intelligence to understand the need both of them, candidates` aspirations and clients` preferences.
During the internship you will be taking an active role in the selection and recruitment of candidates for various companies and industries. It means that you will be performing interviews with candidates in order to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment record thus enabling the best possible matching – between employer and employee.
Also, you will have to build and maintain a positive relationship with candidates to ensure accurate response to client needs and different employment opportunities. In addition, you will have to retain professional communication with candidates in order to maintain commitment and ensure availability.
In your scope of work and activities will be maintaining regular contact with Manpower’s clients in order to learn their difficulties and need whereby you can assist and help them with Manpower solutions. Should you find and feel yourself more like sales driven person you will be given a chance and a role to work with our business unit team where you will get chance to express your creativity and ability to understand your partners and provide them a solution even though is demanding and challenging one.
About you:
You will have a university degree, also being utterly fluent in writtten and oral English and one of European languages e.a. Italian, German, France. Any additional language will be welcomed. You will also have PC literacy since the computer skills are essential part of everyday work activities, not least working in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
As a person you should be able to accept high performance from yourself and others, not least you should be a kind and polite person that fits within Manpower standards and corporate culture. Since you will be working with our team whom you will be helping and who will be helping you to utterly realize your potential, skills and creativity you should be a team player able to communicate and work with all members of the team.
In addition, each project you will be working on has its challenges and demands, due to this fact you may face challeging situations that requires from you to stay strengthened by your outlook that ask for positive but realistic attitude thus will able you to cope with and solve all chalenging tasks afront.
About the Internship and its condition:
Envisage of duration of the internship is between 3 and 5 months. Remuneration package is not offered for this period but all contribution such as: health, pension insurance etc., will be given.
Upon the envisaged internship the most successful candidates will be offered an employment contract as a continuation of further career within Manpower.
