Outsourcing Center Serbia – OCS is organizing free training sessions on PMI methodology of project management with practical use of MS Project 2010!
The aim of the training is to introduce users with the project organization and with most useful tools and techniques for project management. These training sessions are designed for all of those who are actively participating in the IT projects or are involved in the support of project implementation.
The training will provide attendees with the knowledge of the latest Project Management methods with practical experience. Also, participants will be introduced with the basic tools of MS Project software which will help them to manage and lead projects more efficiently. The knowledge of Project Management is essential for any IT company in order to provide proper cooperation tools with international and domestic partners. Training sessions will take place on 16th, 17th and 18th of May 2013 at the Microsoft Development Center Serbia, Španskih boraca 3/3, Belgrade, Serbia. Participation is free of charge. Each company can book the place for two participants. Agenda can be downloaded here.
