Management Trainee Program
This program, in duration of one year, will provide the selected candidate with the opportunity to gain valuable experience by spending time in different departments of the company within the region, with the perspective of getting a permanent engagement in Tetra Pak in Serbia.
The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or Technology (with high GPA)
- Very good numerical reasoning skills
- Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities
- Team oriented and ambitious personality
- Willingness to travel abroad and ability to adapt to different cultures
- Proficiency in English language and MS Office
