Purpose of the Role
The SLM (Service Level Management) project team seeks a highly motivated student that would support the deployment and the usage  of the ALU SLM system based on Computer Associates and other software vendors’ products to one of our major Serbian customers’ operational and marketing departments.
The position is reporting to the head of the local PM  team and the person will work tightly with international teams (Serbia, Romania, France).
Main domains
Participation to the integration, validation tasks of the SLM  new release
Participation to the SLM customization with end-users (building reports, etc.)
Responsible to deliver internal / external statistics on monthly basis for  the SLM usage (number of users , number of reports, number of service catalogues, etc)  
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required
Computer Science / Telecommunications Engineer student, an undergraduate student in the final year of study, a young graduate or master degree student
General interest in Telecommunications industry
Ability to work in the software environment
Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
Writing and speaking English
Experienced in Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Proactive, self-motivated, positive attitude, flexibility
Ability to work in virtual international teams

Working conditions    
Duration of the internship: 3 to 6 moths, based on an Internship agreement;
Place : New Belgrade ALU offices
Employer will pay a compensation up to the legal level for Internship in Serbia, plus the legal taxes and charges.
