Internship opportunity: Due to increasing portfolio of work, Partners Serbia is looking for a motivated and open minded individual to join our small and dynamic team in mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) projects and activities. The intern will work directly with the Director and program staff to provide administrative and technical support with mediation and ADR services, events and activities, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation; conduct research and participate in report drafting; attend meetings/presentations and provide information to senior staff; help prepare proposals for future projects; assist in delivery of trainings, event planning and preparation, including branding and marketing efforts. Occasional travel and participation in activities outside Belgrade is anticipated.
This is a full-time internship position for 3 + 3 months, with a possibility of a longer term contract for the successful candidate. Legal internship period (pripravnički staž) is a possible option. There is an opportunity for increasingly interesting and complex work following demonstrated proficiency. A small stipend is available. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard and diligent worker to gain experience and exposure to an international working in the field of ADR and mediation. International business level fluency in English is a must, as about 75% of the work will be conducted in international environment.
Qualifications: Final year under-graduate, recent graduate or a post-graduate specialization student (law or other ADR related fields); written and oral fluency in English; computer proficiency including positive use of social networks; strong research, writing and editing skills; ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, individually or as a part of a team; excellent interpersonal and communication, and client relationship skills; ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a quick paced environment; experience and/or interest in ADR and mediation is an advantage; strong desire to learn.
