We are currently looking for prospective candidates for the following position:
Project Administration coordinator – in Belgrade
Project Administration coordinator is expected to:

Assist daily management of the project operational budget, including reporting to the European Commission
-
Provide technical assistance in project activities
-
Secure general functionality of the project including correspondence, photocopying and all other administrative tasks (post-office, bank related issues,…).

Assist Project Coordinator in relation to the overall development of the Project activities, reporting and monitoring
-
Assist the organization and conducting of Project activities
Candidate Profile:
-
University degree or appropriate working experience
-
A minimum of one year experience in a relevant field
-
Excellent command in English Language; knowledge of German and French are preferable
-
General understanding of higher education issues at European and national level
-
Communication and interpersonal skills
-
Organizational and management skills, including budget management
-
IT skills
