We are offering opportunity for talented individual to joins on assignment and develop within our HR department in the role of:
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
The Assignment is on temporary basis, from 3 to 12 calendar months, with opportunity to learn and develop professional HR skills within highly successful business environment.
The Role
- Responsible for accurate personnel administration
- Ensures that HR activities comply with employment legislation and company procedures
- Updates employee related business software databases
- Supports and follows up hiring and leaving procedures
- Accountable for accurate reporting in training, attrition and other personnel updates
- Provides support on Health and Safety at workplace
- Performs all other HR related tasks
- Reports directly to HR Manager
The Candidate
- University degree in economics, management or humanistic sciences
- Strong administration skills
- User of business software such as Microsoft Office and SAP
- Active and proficient knowledge of English language is required
- A high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- Knowledge on Serbian labour law is an advantage
