posao – Recepcionist

 The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Competitiveness Project, implemented by Booz Allen Hamilton, seeks to promote economic growth through a sector-based approach. Project activities focus on increasing sales, exports, investments and jobs in leading sectors of the Serbian economy. The project also implements several cross – cutting efforts to reinforce project objectives, including an improved policy environment, human and institutional capacity development, and media and public outreach.

We are looking for: Recepcionist

The project has the following vacancy for Serbian National to serve as Receptionist and who is expected to carry out the following activities:

· Organize and coordinate logistics for major conferences, workshops, training and meetings.
· Lead administrative duties such as faxing, copying, answering the phone, e-mail correspondence, internet research, and typing.
· Schedule and confirm meetings for project management team and staff members and coordinate logistics.
· Prepare for arrivals of international visitors, including transport and accommodations, and oversee the maintenance of office and TDY apartments.
· Evaluate office supply needs and orders and coordinate RFPs and bids for office needs.
· Run errands, delivering documents outside the office
· Support the work stream leads in meeting their administrative or logistical requirements, or in conducting basic internet research
· Undertake other duties as directed by the Office Manager or Project Director and Deputy Director

Qualifications:
· University / College Degree
· Professional experience in an international office ·
Strong initiative and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills in English and Serbian
· Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
