There is no fixed deadline for presenting pilot project applications (Category D and D-HRE). They must be submitted online at least three months before the start of the project. How can i submit an application?
Non-governmental youth organizations must be registered online in the EYF database before being able to submit an application.
Only registered youth NGOs can access the application forms, submit an application and follow their projects through the administrative procedure.
How do I know if my application has been received?
Log on to the EYF site (www.eyf.coe.int/fej) and consult the "Project follow up" section. If your grant application has been correctly sent it will have the status "New" (don't forget to print a copy for your files!). Read How to follow up your projects for more information.
When will I know if my application has been accepted?.
Decisions on pilot projects are taken approximately every two months. NGOs will be informed individually about the decisions
